Terms of use

Purpose

The site lists promo codes, submitted by its members and reviewed before publication. It is free.

Using the site means accepting these terms.

Your account

• An account is needed to file a code, submit one and vote. Browsing stays open to everyone.
• One account per person. You are responsible for what is done from yours.
• The username is public. It must not impersonate anyone, imitate a brand name, or be abusive.

Submitting a code

• You submit a code, never a link. The code must exist and work at the time you submit it.
• A 48 hour wait after signing up is required before a first submission.
• Nothing is published automatically. Every submission is reviewed by a person.
• Refused: made up codes, codes meant for personal use passed off as public, advertising content, disguised tracking links, and anything that amounts to counterfeiting.
• By submitting content, you allow us to display it, adapt its formatting and translate it. You remain its author.

Moderation

• A code can be refused, suspended or removed, with or without prior explanation, if it breaks these terms.
• No removal is automatic. A code that stops working is flagged to the team, and a person decides.
• An account used to mislead other members can be closed.

Votes

• One vote per person per code. It says whether the code worked, nothing else.
• Mass voting to push a code up or down is prohibited, and detectable.
• The comment left with a vote is there for the review. It is not shown publicly.

What we do not guarantee

• A code can expire, or be limited to certain countries, certain products or a first order. The conditions are the brand's, not ours.
• We are party to no transaction. A dispute about an order is settled with the seller.
• The site may be unavailable, in particular for maintenance.

Affiliate links

Some outbound links are affiliate links: if you buy, a commission may go to the site or to the member who shared the code. It changes nothing about the price you pay.

A placement paid for by a brand is flagged on the listing concerned.

Closing your account

You can ask for your account to be closed at any time.

Codes already published stay online, detached from your username: they are part of the content of the site, and removing them would distort the voting history of other members.

Changes to these terms

These terms may change. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. A significant change will be announced on the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law.

In case of disagreement, we look for an amicable solution first. Failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
